Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Try Hard NRL (the "Service"), operated by CLC Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Try Hard NRL is a free-to-play fantasy NRL squad builder. An optional paid feature, the Super Player Lab, allows users to create custom "Super Players" for use in their squad.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by: using it unlawfully; engaging in fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scanning, or scraping the Service; or interfering with security.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Payments

Payments for Super Players are processed securely by Stripe. Tax (GST/VAT/sales tax) is calculated and collected at checkout where required, and Stripe handles payment processing, fraud protection, dispute handling, and transaction-level customer support on our behalf. Customer bank statements may show "LINK.COM* TRY HARD NRL".

Our pricing is displayed on the Pricing page. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

6. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
